These MFP Soffit Boards are supplied in 5 metre lengths at 300mm x 10mm. These boards can be installed as a direct replacement, or can cap over the existing soffit boards.

Resistant Multi Purpose Soffit Strip 2.44m x 200mm x 4mm is made from high quality Magnesium Oxide. They are A1 Non-Combustible Reaction to fire rated and provide a far higher level of fire resistance when compared to PVCu or plywood.
