G1S or Good One Side ply is a pine plywood suitable for structural use in dry, humid or exterior conditions. With one finished side it is Ideal for use when roofing, flooring or wall sheathing. (When used externally the panel should be treated with an appropriate oil-based wood treatment/sealant, ensuring that all edges are adequately sealed.)
